Tell us a little bit about your professional background.

At MassageLuXe, I serve as the Chief Growth Officer. I am in charge of franchise expansion and consumer marketing as the chief growth officer. I hold a Certified Franchise Executive designation from the International Franchise Association, and Business Woman Magazine named me one of the Top 100 important Women in Franchising.

Prior to MassageLuXe, I worked at Self Esteem Brands, where I was responsible for franchising and consumer marketing for more than 5,000 locations worldwide. Additionally, I’ve worked for the Minnesota Vikings in the NFL and taught marketing as an adjunct at the University of Wisconsin River Falls.

What major accomplishments have you made in your business life?

The times when the franchisees I support win and succeed are when I feel most proud. Nothing is more satisfying than assisting someone in realising their entrepreneurial goals.
